John and his team are simply the best. My wife and I were in the market for a gas range upgrade and Marcella’s was patient, informative, and ensured we knew all of our options and how each would benefit us. I highly recommend Marcella’s to anyone considering an appliance. My wife is less thrilled because I’m already talking about grill upgrades after seeing all their options.
-Justin M.Ordered a washer and a dryer recently. Everyone, from the salesman to the delivery drivers was courteous and professional. Delivery arrived when they estimated, and the set up was well done. Lastly, the pricing was better than the big box stores, along with the set up, delivery and haul away fee being WAY less. Really impressed.
-Jay F.This was my first purchase from Marcella’s, and so far, so good. Ryan was extremely patient in answering all of my questions and clearly explaining the warranty. The fact that they provide their own service was very important to us. He made me feel confident and comfortable enough to place my order over the phone. Thank you, Ryan.
-Jan S.I prefer Marcella's over big box stores! I have purchased a high-end ceiling mounted range exhaust, a washing machine, and a microwave in the past 5 years from Marcella's and am completely satisfied with their product availability and services. Rafael Martinez is knowledgeable, responsive, communicates timely, and makes every effort to help me obtain competitively priced appliances.
