We’re honored to welcome all Cocca’s Appliances customers to the Marcella family and truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you. As a family-owned business, we understand the trust that comes with choosing where you shop and who you rely on for service. As we move through this transition together, our promise is simple: to treat you like family and continue delivering the care and service you expect.

We would like to share a few important updates to ensure clarity and peace of mind:

• Deliveries: All deliveries scheduled over the next two weeks will continue to be completed by the Cocca’s team, in the same time slots and manner originally requested.
• Service: Moving forward, all service will be coordinated through Marcella’s. We are working closely with all existing appointments to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. In anticipation of our acquisition of Cocca’s, we have intentionally reserved significant service availability to support our new customer base.
• Phone System: The Cocca’s phone system will be fully integrated into our system shortly. In the interim, you may continue to call the same Cocca’s phone number, or reach us directly at Marcella’s Schenectady headquarters at (518) 381-1957.
• Warranties: All existing warranties, including three-year warranties associated with purchases from Cocca’s, will be fully honored exactly as you have come to expect.

Our commitment is simple: to deliver dependable service, responsive support, and the highest level of care for every customer. As service or repair needs arise, our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth and positive experience. With dedicated teams for Sales, Service, Delivery & Installation, and Repair, Marcella's offers customers the ultimate appliance experience.
