We offer several delivery options from curbside drop off to complete set up with free removal of your old appliances (excluding built-in appliances or any type of ventilation including down-drafts etc.).
At Marcella’s, we understand your time is valuable. That is why we provide a three-hour delivery window, so you know the exact time frame you can expect your item to arrive. You’ll receive an automated message the evening before your scheduled delivery letting you know the three-hour delivery window. For additional convenience, you can use our delivery tracker on this page to find out when you can expect delivery.
When you purchase appliances from Marcella’s, you can be assured that your appliances will be delivered to your home or project by a dedicated team of trained delivery professionals. Prior to delivery your appliances will be inspected to help ensure they’re in proper working condition. Upon arriving to your home or delivery site, our professionals will take necessary precautions to protect household surfaces from damage during the delivery and will lay down appropriate floor coverings. Packaging from your appliances will be removed for recycling.
Our delivery professionals will then unbox your appliances and hook up applicable appliances, to ensure that your product is level for peak performance and efficiency. Before we leave your home, our team will offer basic instructions on the operation of your new appliance and haul away your old appliance.

The afternoon/evening prior to your delivery, Marcella’s automated system will call you with a 3-hour delivery window so you may plan to expect delivery during that specific time frame. Due to routing, traffic, weather and other factors beyond our control we cannot provide an EXACT delivery time, other than the 3-hour window. In instances where you cannot accept delivery of your appliances and need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery date if possible at 518-381-4500.
Marcella’s delivery team will level your new appliance to the existing floor surface at the time of delivery. However, please be aware that we cannot not place blocks, shims, etc, under the wheels or feet of any appliance in order to achieve a leveled appliance.
Marcella’s delivery team will remove all boxes and packing material of the delivered appliances. However, we will leave these items at your home upon request.
Before the Marcella’s delivery team arrives for your delivery, please be sure passageways to the location of the new appliances is clear of any obstruction which could impede delivery or cause injury. This includes clearing the driveway and entrance to your home of any building debris, ice, snow, mud, furniture, etc.
Marcella’s asks that you remove door jams, door casings, molding, railings, etc, before our delivery team arrives to your home in order to clear the path of delivery. If necessary, our delivery team will remove standard doors to accommodate the new appliances, but Marcella’s does not assume liability for damage resulting from performing this service.
Marcella’s will remove your old appliances for recycling at no charge on a one-for-one basis (excluding built-in appliances or any type of ventilation including down-drafts etc.). We will not transport your old appliance to another address.
In instances where the old refrigerator or freezer will need to be removed, we ask that you remove all food and fully defrost all freezers. For units connected to an existing water line it must be disconnected prior to the arrival of our delivery team.
Please remove all laundry from washers and dryers before Marcella’s arrives for delivery of the new units, and make sure all water is removed washers if applicable.
Please disconnect dishwashers and remove from under the counter before the Marcella’s delivery team arrives to deliver the new machine.
The following appliances and/or services are considered "built-in" and will not be installed or connected by Marcella’s delivery team. However, arrangements can be made with our installation team to have your built-in appliance installed. Installation service is subject to different fees and policies than standard delivery. Ask your salesperson for more details on this service.
The manufacturer does not provide a new 220V electrical cord with new electric ranges. If you purchase a new cord and it is the proper length, we will attach it and plug it in, set the range in place, and level the range. Delivery teams are not permitted to "hard wire" an electric range nor use an old cord to install the new range.
All ranges can tip and injury could result. To prevent accidental tipping of the range, please read warnings and follow instructions for the installation of the Anti-Tip Device, including the anti-tip protective bracket."
Marcella's delivery teams will set your new refrigerator or freezer in place, plug it in to an appropriate accessible grounded 110V outlet, level it to the existing floor surface, and set the controls. The new unit will take approximately 1 hour to get cold and up to 24 hours to reach the set operating temperature.
