Disappointed on this expensive stove middle burner

Everything but the middle burner is great. At the one year the middle burner does not flame evenly and when called for service they did not cover that and it would be a $350 fix. For a stove that expensive and for it to have a fault like that so soon and not be covered is so disappointing.

I bought this stove in early December 2023 and so happy it did. It looks and works great. I am a big baker and so far it bakes everything evenly and does not burn the bottom. There are a few features like air frying and proofing that I have not tested yet but looking forward to trying next. The knobs have lights around them so you know that the burner s on.

I loved this range while it worked. Its beautiful and baked evenly BUT in the two years Ive had it it has needed 3 repairs and its just been deemed unrepairable. The igniter has gone bad twice and the range makes an explosive/roaring sound while running at high temps gas range not electric. I am really disappointed to have to start over with shopping for a new range. Everyone should 100 buy the extended warranty on these appliances

I bought this earlier this year. I interested with all features of this range. I was happy to upgrade with this range but even though its a beautiful addition to my kitchen Ive had at least 7 appointments for repair beginning in August 2023. Repairs to the oven twice Repairs to the burners five times. And after being considered for a replacement on the scheduled delivery day of December1 2023 the new replacement range was found to be damaged. Huge dents what I refer to as being caved in on both sides to the range. This has now pushed a new delivery date to January 2023. All I can do now is wait and go along with those I spoke with who could only apologize for the many unsolved issues delays and rescheduled appointments. I can only hope Bestbuy will resolve the issue saving me from having to return the damaged range I have or refund me.

I feel I got cheated because I didnt set up my range until 7 months after I bought it due to competition of building new house. I had problems with range around 4 months after the first use. The geek squad showed up supposedly after the 1 year warranty to repair it . I purchased the extended warranty and was suggested to replace range top cuz of defective damage. I called LG and they refuse to help cuz of warranty.

Extremely unhappy with quality of burners and racks on top of stove. Burners are made of a very sensitive material that is hard to clean and the rocks scratch very easily and look old fast. Not as happy as I thought I would be.

My stove has been installed for about a month Im still learning all the features. We have propane so I dont know if that affects its cooking abilities. Love the big burner - food cooks so much faster with that one And the littlest simmer burner is also great - way better than my last stove that burned everything even on the lowest setting. So far I like the oven and the convection oven. Havent tried roasting or the sous-vida yet. LOVE the lighted burners I did NOT get this stove for free or at a discounted price in exchange for my review but I DO want a sweepstakes entry. The Yes or No statement below seems contradictory.

The range came with a defective part the bake burner orfice was stripped from the manufacturer . So when it was getting converted over to natural gas the part would not screw and seal back on correctly . Causing me not to have and use my oven . It has been a nightmare dealing with LG customer service .. I cant even explain all the ways they have messed up . This has been a very disappointing unsatisfactory experience. I do not recommend ever buying another LG product The worst at Customer Service

I purchased this a few weeks ago I am an avid cook/baker. The no back style makes my kitchen look more upscale. The burners and oven function extremely well. I am between kitchen remodels so I needed something to fit in a specific space as well as blend with my current appliances. I like the jaunty tune that alerts me to cook time being finished and oven heating up. Love the lights around the knobs as you can never put something on a low setting and forget that the burner is on. The added features air fry and sous vide are a nice bonus. Overall extremely pleased with the product.

We had to rebuild our kitchen due to damage from the winter storm in February and decided to replace appliances too. We got the LG slide in gas range and we love it. It has everything you need: regular and convection oven air frying sous vide griddle on stovetop a large burner for high heat and a simmer burner too It also has WiFi capability and you can knock on glass door and light will go on or off. We have had it now for about 3 weeks. The griddle became discolored with first use and could not get it cleaned off with anything though. And we cant figure out if the griddle is cast iron or not. It looks like it and is heavy but manual is not very clear nor does it give instructions on cleaning/maintaining the griddle. So far we are really enjoying this range

Wasnt crazy about the blue interior but it is great and a nice conversation piece. Love the air fry and ability to manage using the app. Only downside is the griddle. Difficult to clean and they dont give you any clues about it.

Waiting for replacement stove

We bought this stove and really like the look of it. The cooktop/burners are very good quality and seem to cook evenly. We have an issue with our touch screen so are unable to adjust the temperature beyond what it is set for when you turn it on so we are waiting for our replacement from Lowes. Getting help from LG to schedule a service call was not an easy process.

LSGL6335 I bought this range a bit over a month ago. I really like the cooktop cooks fast and even. But the convention does not work and the customer service has been terrible to try and get it fixed. Over a month of trying to get someone to come out and service the device.
