I bought a new Bosch dishwasher. It was installed. We left for our other home. Upon return, we realized the silverware baskets DO NOT FIT! They are not even the same color as the racks! They don't even work! I contacted the dealer. I was told to contact Bosch. I am very disappointed. Would someone please help me?

I needed a white dishwasher, and this was the only Bosch model my supplier carried, so I'll admit I was initially disappointed. I had hoped for a third rack for utensils, and this model doesn't include that feature.
That said, I am absolutely delighted with its performance. The cycle that automatically adjusts based on how dirty the dishes are is a phenomenal feature. I haven't had a single dish come out anything less than pristine.
This Bosch dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in every way. It truly can't be beat.

This Dishwasher does not dry the dishes or stay dry inside. It's always damp. Something is wrong with the DRYER part.

This dishwasher is incredibly quiet. Sometime you need to stand right next to it to hear it running.
I like that no heating element is used to dry the dishes; which means you can load plastic containers or lids on the bottom rack, without fear of that item warping.
The dishwasher does an exemplary job of cleaning. All you need to is scrape off loose matter before loading, and periodically cleaning the dishwasher filter (which is very easy to do).
The dishwasher is wifi enabled. Connecting it to the Bosch App allows further customizing of the dishwaher's operation.

This Bosch dishwasher does a great job washing our dishes. Easy and complete instructions make it a pleasure to use. And it so quiet you hardly know its running. My only wish is it had an indicator to let you know whit it finished.

I couldn't be happier with my Bosch dishwasher. From the first use, the difference was clear. It runs incredibly quiet, so quiet that I've had to check the indicator light to make sure it's even on. That alone is a game changer.

The machine is quiet and does a good job cleaning dishes, glasses, pots and pans. However, it doesn't dry well, even if we use the extended drying option. Concequently, I can only give it a 4/5 stars.

My dishwasher gets the job done, it washes all glass very well but anything plastic doesn't really dry. It was recommended to open within thirty minutes but still leaves anything plastic or steel wet.

The dishwasher is quiet, easy to operate, provides great flexibility in loading options, and get the dishes wonderfully clean and dry. But no delayed start feature on a machine that costs this much? Sad! The registration process is flawed and the training videos, manuals, and other "benefits" were not available because my machine (Bosch's least expensive) is not WiFi enabled. Eventually, Bosch emailed me links to videos... that also would not play.

We are happy so far with our dishwasher. It is a little challenging in two areas: 1) fulling using the space to put in dishes, pots and pans, and bowls. I don't think it is as easy to fill as our last dishwasher. 2) It is hard to see how full the rinse aid is.

even with rinse aid, items, esp plastics, are still wet when cycle has ended. cycle advertised as 1 hour is closer to 1 1/2 hours. machine didn't come with 2 cutlery baskets, only one, which caused us extra time and energy to finally obtain from dealer. cleans dishes well. chime at end of cycle is very faint. haven't tried home connect features.

I think it works good enough for what I paid for it. Some dishes need to to be pre-rinsed so they come out clean. When they don't come clean I scrub them then run them through again, I usually run 1-2 items back through each load. If you have baked on food, don't even try it won't come clean, hand scrub them then put it in. It is quiet, I can run it while I'm watching TV or sleep. Make sure you have permanent control turned on with the app or its difficult to change any settings from the machine panel.

My dishes are clean. Two things I wish were different. I would like a light telling me when my dishes are clean. I wish I had kept my old dishwasher's silverware holder. I don't care for the new one's design with a wall in the middle missing making the silverware lean onto itself.

This bottom-of-the-line Bosch replaced a more expensive and 3 year old GE. The very first load showed a sparkling clean shine that the old one never achieved. And without any final rinse finishing solution ! Glad I have this dishwasher.

I give 3 stars. This is my first dishwasher so I have no comparison. I'm not overly impressed. I can honestly say, I could definitely live without it. Dishes are not always clean. The manual says you don't need to rinse dishes, but you most certainly do.

We had to purchase a new dishwasher because our previous Bosch dishwasher got struck by lightning. It was only 4 years old. The new Bosch 100 series dishwasher seems more cheaply made inside and out. The exterior does not look as nice as our previous one, and it does not have the digital countdown. So far it seems to wash as well, which is the most important thing.
Strangely, the white model comes with a black kickplate.

Overall, I am happy with this appliance as a replacement for my older unit. I'm still figuring out the best way to stack my dishes to maximize space. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about melting plastic in this appliance. A few items have fallen to the bottom but remained undamaged at the end of the cycle. The only downside worth mentioning is the mandatory Wi-Fi connection. It's just another device using your service, and I don't think you can change the wash cycles without using the app. Essentially, it feels like a one-cycle unit. The dishes come out clean, it doesn't run for more than an hour (as I have it preset), and it doesn't seem to use much water based on what I hear in the drain.

We needed a white dishwasher, and as we were very happy with the Bosch we bought for our previous house, we looked for a white Bosch at Lowe's. All they had on the floor were stainless, so we went through their catalog. We found this one -- priced similarly to the ones on the floor. As there were no identical models to look at, we asked if the racks in this one were adjustable like the ones on the floor -- i.e., multiple heights and foldable tines to accomodate various shaped items. We were told they were like the models on the floor except it would not have the third rack (which we did not want). Fine.
ONLY THEY ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE -- PERIOD.
Our dinner plates don't even fit. Unbelievable.
What does fit gets very clean -- but that's not the point.

Great appliance , had an old Maytag which was falling apart . Great upgrade . Cleans dishes , utensils, and glassware completely. Rise cycle keeps dishes spotless. Top and lower rack accessible and make loading seamless.

I do not purchase appliances very often but I did my research and decided on a Bosch dishwasher. It is so quiet and my dishes are very clean. I have had Bosch washer & dryer since 2004 - 21 years! That is unbelievable. Also was very happy with Bunch Finnegan for their knowledgeable service & professional work.
