Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Sleek and Beautiful!

Lynn 4/29/2021

Wow, this is the most beautiful range I have ever seen! No knobs or grates to clean, and no knob protrusions to injure yourself on while cleaning. The induction stove top is beautiful, and induction cooking is as precise as you want it to be. I love the speed boost which almost instantly brings the temperature up, which eliminates any argument about gas being faster. Following the cooking guidelines provided with the appliance has eliminated any overcooking or burning of food. My bad habits of cooking at too high a temperature have been replaced with lower temperatures which don't dry out or burn foods. I love love love the convection oven. Now my baked goods are evenly baked, at reliable temperatures, and come out perfectly - unlike my gas range that had hot and cold spots throughout the oven resulting in uneven baking. I haven't tried all the cooking options, but what I use regularly, I am spectacularly happy with. My only suggestion is that the markings on the cooktop are a little hard to see, especially for my old eyes!

I would give this a minus if I could!

Done with it! 4/22/2021

The design flaws are so numerous, where do I start? 1. Most important - the very sensitive panel that controls the oven is in front where you touch it as you're using the cooktop. It turns itself on and off constantly, even if just bumped into. It's like having an old wood-burning oven that you have to watch constantly to make sure it's still working. (Having Thanksgiving dinner for a large family that's 3 hours late because the oven shut off is not good!) And unless you make sure to lock the panel (by holding the lock button down for quite a while - awkward!) you'll find the oven turning on, or even self-cleaning without warning. 2. The controls for the stove top are impossible to see without a bright light - they don't light up until you manage to find the right (small) place to touch. 3. I don't understand this with induction technology but my pans have hot spots. I've used the same pans for years on a different induction top without issue. 4. The oven door doesn't have infinite open - you have to have it pretty far open while broiling - that's IF the broiler decides to heat up at all. 5. Whatever material the top is made of doesn't clean as well as my old top. This is not a complete list, but just the most frustrating items. In general, why would you design an oven that is so flawed it can't be used? I've fought it for a year now, had numerous repair calls and am just told it's working as designed. I'm dealing with Bosch now to see what they will do.

Takes some getting used to

Brian 4/14/2021

Where to begin. We bought our induction stove/convection oven unit a few months ago based on the fact that you can boil water in less than a minute and preheat the oven in a few minutes.... But wait... we had to buy new pots and pans because ours were not magnetic and would not work on the stove top. There are no dials, like we were used to, and it is all touch screen, but if the room is dimly lit, you can not see the touch screen, or the pot placement linies. By the way, the pot /pan needs to be in contact with the stove top at all times, so if you like to lift and flip or swirl the pan, the stove shuts off for a second... if you have 3 things cooking at one time and want to turn one burner up or down you have to find the touch screen, hit the button for that particular burner and then select a temperature... I mean it all works well, but not so easy to use and takes some getting used to. It is not as easy as turning a knob. I also do not like the burner arrangement as it is not 2 on one side and 2 on the other...there are 2 on the left, 1 in the middle and 1 on the right which makes it odd to arrange multiple pots at one time. The oven does heat up faster than the one I am used to but other than that it cooks the food the same. Maybe the salesman could have told us about the negatives in switching to a unit like this...maybe I wouuld have liked to read a review like this one first.

Bosch Induction Range

vbosch 3/9/2021

We are quite pleased with our new range, though the learning curve to maximally use the appliance is significant. Unfortunately the glass top scratches easily, otherwise a 5 would be in order. The heating elements and cookware must match nearly perfectly to function optimally. We've still some learning to be had.

We bought this when it first came out a few years ago. negatives: The quality control was poor, screws missing the warmer draw broken, the cook top cotrol was intermitent. The initial issues were discouraging. Possitives: Bosch fixed it all (customer support was excellent) and it is a very nice induction range. Many ranges have too few heat settings (1-9, Boost). This has intermediate setting for finer control and is much better than the units with fewer settings. The user control is a two step (select hob, set level), which is pretty common and I know of no units with individua hob control that gives the number of level this range has. The oven is excellent of course. Aesthetically, this range is nice and fits well in our arts and crafts style home (a touch modern but nothing like some of the other offerings at that time). This range is very pricey but, at the time, we wanted the flex feature. However, after three years, it isn't used that much and the 800 series would have been a better option.

Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher

Janet10 2/1/2021

I love most of the features on my Bosch 800 series Dishwasher, such as the stainless steel interior, the cleaning power, effecient drying technology and the quietness while it is running. However I struggle loading my dishes. The racks work well for my plates and small bowls, but not my 1 and 2 quart size bowls which I use regularly to microwave meals. I also struggle with finding secure places for my coffee mugs, travel mugs, sports bottles, and wine glasses. If I lower the middle rack to accomidate some of these items, I cannot place my dinner plates on the bottom rack.

Best Range We Have Owned

Mike 1/27/2021

Introduced to induction cooking while in appliance repair 30 years ago when they first hit the market. Very expensive at the time but impressed by the process. Had our kitchen remodeled in 2005 and researched cooktop and was reminded of induction. Purchased Bosch drop in cooktop and we loved it. Moved to our new home in 2019 and replaced existing electric range with Bosch slide in induction range. All the features make cooking and baking easy and the cooktop power settings eliminate boil over and burning of pans with the half adjustments. Recommend the range to everyone we know.

Best Range Ever

the fox 10/31/2020

We love our new induction range. A pot of water for spaghetti boils in 3 minutes! Temperature control is instantaneous on the cooktop and exact. Only thing, which is not a downside, is preheating the oven is a little slower than expected. I will never go back to gas or traditional electric! Thanks Bosch.

Bosch cooker 8/31/2020

Overall we're very happy we went with the induction model. The burners are super efficient and the heat is easily controlled.it can be a bit difficult to see where to place the pans we wound up with silicone cover to protect the top. They should probably ship one with it. Oven is excellent as well very intuitive. My only quibble is the cooktop controls are difficult for me to read. The red color does not jump out at you and the text is small. it's a pain in the butt to get the reading glasses just to turn on the cooktop.

Faulty from day one, Bosch won't honor warranty

unhappy customer 7/10/2020

I purchased this range and kept it in a storage for a year due to some delays in my home renovation. When I moved back into my house and tried to use the applicance I noticed weird behavior with the induction cooktop. The on/off button was not responsive, ofter was beeping and flashing without anything being on top or the surface being dirty. I ended up powering off the range from the electric panel, basically rebooting it. It was working after a reboot for a couple of days and then the same sympomps would appear. I could not get a technician to check it due to the covid-19 shutdown. After 4-months of constant rebooting the cooktop stopped operating. There was obsiously something wrong. Finally I was able to get the local appliance store to inspect the range and they found a faulty board. When the local shop asked Bosch to stand by their product they refused to do so claiming it was out of warranty. For an appliance that was faulty since day one! They offered a $157 discount after I spend $7k on their appliances. I would never again purchase anything from Bosch. It better to spend a little bit more and buy appliances from reputable companies.

Overall very good except the interface

tcallaha 5/20/2020

I love how fast it heats up, that it's very easy to clean, and the overall design and functionality, I do wish that the lines indicating where the elements in the cooktop are were brighter (the gray lines on a black background can be hard to see especially through steam) because it's easy for pans to slide off of the active area while cooking. I also don't like how there is only one set of temperature control for all burners (you have to select a burner then change the temp). If you have multiple burners going this can get really confusing, especially if you have a situation like a pot boiling over and have to quickly change things. Temp settings below 3 seem basically useless they're so low -- I wish each burner had its own direct controls, maybe with only five or six levels, with the lowest being equivalent to the current setting 3. Also in that boil-over situation I've been unable to find the controls to turn it off because the boiled over food is covering the controls. I wish the controls were raised or recessed or had a lip around them. I like the visual look of the all glass top with touch screen controls but having used it it's not very practical. Finally, the kitchen and cook timer beeps are VERY quiet, easily missed if you're out of the room or if you have a range hood fan going.

Induction is phenomenal

Induction slide in range 4/19/2020

We were disappointed that our new condo has no gas hook ups for stoves, and did not want to use a propane tank or electric range top. We are delighted that we spent a bit more than for a typical oven and bought this Bosch induction range. The glasstop is modern in a fun way, and quite intuitive. The speed boost option is truly amazing for heating a pot of water or kettle to a boil- quicker even than gas. And it has the same flexibility in terms of turning off nearly instantly. I baked a cake yesterday, have done biscuits and quick breads, cookies, potatoes etc, and found the suggestions on how to place the racks very helpful. It works beautifully- used convection for an oven pancake yesterday and it puffed up better than in a concentional oven. I was afraid I would not like having to clean the glass surface, but a quick wipe with provided product works easily and it stays shiny and fresh. I thinknif we simply keep up with that daily care it will stay beautiful for years to come. Yes, it is a bit if a splurge but if you enjoy cooking as we do, it is worth every penny!

Great range!

MoTo 3/24/2020

I have been very happy with with our new induction range. The hype is real! Fast and even heat, plenty of cooking area, and easy to clean. Though, if I were to ask for anything different it would be that the flex area be wider to accommodate larger pans and flat top griddles. Also, the small burner is my least often used element. If that was oriented toward the middle rear it would feel far less neglected and more suitable as a utility element to warm a sauce or boil water. The largest element could be placed closer to the cook for easier access.

Perfect induction cooktop for my new house.

nonobject 1/13/2020

I have been using this induction range for my new home for about a month now and it has been awesome so far! It's pretty much got everything I was looking for: slim design, great performance, safe, and energy-efficient. My favorite thing about it is that it boils/cooks so much faster compared to my conventional range. One thing to note is that not all of your pans/pots are not going to be compatible with the induction. Other than that I'd recommend this to anyone who's looking for a cooktop for their new house.

Tango Fan 12/27/2019

Beautiful peice of machinery

CGHunt 11/7/2019

I love the Flex Induction feature, basically you can put a pot almost anywhere on the 4 hidden inductors. You can even straddle 2 at a time. The controls a bit less intuitive but it only takes about a day to get used to their factuality. I like how they are nice and clean on the top instead of knobs that get cruddy and break. It's quite too, some inductions can be quite loud. The large magnetic burner is kind of dead center towards the back which I also like because I have an over the range microwave and pots with a lot of steam work well the vents above in that location. Its better to me this way because when its all the way forward it gets steam all over the front of the microwave. The vent is at the back and to be honest this is how most slide ins work. I have had others with the vent in the front but you always have hot air blowing on you with that configuration. The oven is very nice, comes with one glide rack, and 2 regular ones. Heats up in about 10 minutes pretty fast and easy to use. I live that It has a low temp bread proofing feature. The warming draw is probably the weakest link. Its very shallow and feels like its a bit on the flimsy side. I think most people use them for storage any ways but the last one I had was actually enameled in the bottom and actually a small second oven. This one is just raw stainless. While this is on the pricy side, one of the few appliances I have bought in recent years that seemed to be worth the extra money. it's more beautiful and sleek in person.

What were you thinking

9/2/2019

Though I had only had my Benchmark range for a few weeks, I should have known better because the design flaws are so obvious. How long do you expect the vent at back to remain working efficiently when grease splatters will continue to infiltrate the vent? Why put the large skillet/pan burner in the middle and back area? Very inconvenient and does not support a 12 in skillet with even heating. It is hard to not bump the bottom drawer and have it pop open on occasion. It is impossible to see the function buttons on range top without bright light. If I could, I would remove this stove and get another brand. But the budget will have me using this until it dies. Not happy.

src0 8/31/2019

WE purchased this range when they were first introduced back in 2017. It has been a up and down experience. Initially, the range top worked well but become irratic a lkittle before the warranty expired. by the time it eas clear that it was the range and not us, the waranty had expireed. I was able to work with Bosch and they did fix it as a warranty issue. It turned out to be a bad user control board. It has worked fine since. Where I fault Bosch is in quality control. the range arrived with missed aligned screws (marked with a sharpie) and the warming drawer was broken. I don't know why it was shipped this way. Bosch fixed everything so that is good. I hope Bosch has improved the initial quality (but they are not much different then appliances from other manufactueres we have purchased). My wife loves the range. Their hob placement could be better though. We almost never use the small hob and we use the large hob a lot, switching them would be better.

Cooks As Expected

Mike 7/24/2019

I previously owned a Bosch induction cooktop and chose this range when I contracted for a kitchen remodel. I have been using the range for about a month and am pleased with its performance. I have had more experience with the cooktop than the oven, but when the summer heat wears off I'm sure I will be putting it through its paces for baking. I do find it difficult to see the controls for the burners, especially when any liquid or oil splatters on them.

Cooktop Issues

Normally Love Bosch 7/15/2019

My wife and I purchased in June of this year and have two issues; (1) there are no circle lines on the surface to help center a pot or pan over the element making it nearly impossible to tell where it should go; (2) the large element is too far back on the surface which forces my wife to lean over the controls to reach it, making it very inconvienent to use. These two issues make it impossible to recommend this unit.
