My dream come true. So far I love my new oven. It is easy to use. Seems very sturdy and it's sooo nice having the doors open from the side. Control panel is straight forward simple to use.

My wife is so happy with her new Bosch Benchmark ovens. I may gain 100lbs because of it, but she is ecstatic! Finally ovens that hold a constant/accurate temperature!! Happy wife . . . Happy life!!!

Had this unit installed last year. I realized at Easter that the top oven was not heating. Called the Bosch service as it is under warranty. They have been out twice and still not fixed and I honestly don't think they really know what the probelm is. I'm afraid I'm going to be stuck with a lemon.

I purchased this oven mainly for the safety feature of the door that opens from left to right, as we built our new home to age in place. The bottom rack that slides out from the top oven is also great for large items, such as a turkey or ham. I like the feature that shows the preheat progress. I've used the convection bake and regular bake features, and all foods have cooked to perfection in the expected time. Spills clean up easily. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

This is a game changer of a wall oven! I have spent years struggling to get a heavy dish into an oven without burning myself and finally someone has come up with an idea that lets you get closer to the slide out oven racks with ease. Why did no one think of doing this before??

Purchased the double oven with the right swing door. The door is heavy and will not swing back so there is no risk of being burned. The right swing door allows shorter people to reach into the back of the oven without stretching oven a swing-down door. The convection setting is wonderful especially when baking cookies. 3 shelves per oven bakes alot of cookies in no time & all at once. The fast preheat is great. It would be nice if the oven displayed the oven temperature as it preheats. The display screen could be larger. The timer sound is very faint even when set on the loudest setting. I am still giving a 5 star rating as it is a vast improvement over my prior oven.

The first oven was purchased in late February and was delivered in early March had misaligned doors and the faCe of the oven was not perpendicular to the bottom causing misalignment in my custom cabinet. After much back and forth a replacement oven was delivered with the same door misalignment issue, however the front seemed to be perpendicular to the bottom. This oven was found defective and replaced with a third oven in mid June. The third oven was acceptable, however the doors are still not perfectly aligned. There also seems to be a piece of chrome that has chipped off the door latch . I am considering the oven satisfactory but would discourage anyone from buying the ovens with hinges on the side of the doors.

We just purchased a Bosch double wall oven with doors that are hinged on the right. Both my wife and I are small and this type of door is much safer for us to use. We also noticed that the convection bake setting seems to provide a very uniform heat to all places in the oven. We used to get a pizza and it would be very brown on the crust around the rim but the crust on the bottom - near the middle - was not fully cooked. In our new Bosch oven it was cooked to the same level all throughout the pizza.

Love my new oven....the side opening door is a life changer!
So much easier to step up to the oven and stand in front of it, without reaching forward at an awkward angle to put things in or take out. So far my one complaint is the beep for the oven timer is so low I can't hear it if I'm not in the kitchen. There may be a way to increase the volume but I haven't found it yet. Other than that, this oven is super-duper!!

The double wall oven is fabulous. It is sleek, modern and fits with any decor. The controls are very easy to use. The oven heats quickly and evenly. The upper and lower ovens both heat at the same rate - quick and even. My food comes out beautifully. Ours opens with a side pull like a cabinet would. I love that feature because I don't have to bend and reach. This is by far the best oven we have ever had.

WE PURCHASED THE OVEN BECAUSE OF THE SIDE OPEN DOORS. THIS IS A MARVALOUS OPTION. IT MAKES GETTING THINGS IN AN OUT OF THE OVENS SAFE AND CONVENIENT. OVENS WORK GREAT . APPEAREARENCE IS SIMPLE AND TIMELESS. ONLY COMPLANT IS THE COOLING FAN IS ALITTLE LOUD.

Beautiful units. Door adjustment to level them both out to horizontal limits the vetical alligment on both doors, top to bottom lines. Fan is excessivley noisy. Whinney sounds of 56 to 72 decibels constantly when on convectition back. Fan on top unit blows are smack into your face...what gives with that. Very poor design. Not what I would call good German engineering. Very poor acutally. Nice to look at if you can overlook the fact that the doors will not align top to bottom and side to side with oven cabinet. Dosent seem that the entire unit is square.

We bought this to replace our 18 year old Bosch 500 series double wall oven, which had developed heating issues. It fit perfectly into the existing cabinet, which had been custom made for the old one.
We have been using the new double oven for about a month.
The upper oven is perfectly calibrated at 200, 350, 400 and 450. The lower oven is 15 degrees cool at 200 and 350, but spot on at 400 and 450. The ovens distribute heat fairly evenly in bake mode, and perfectly in convection mode. We have not used the other available modes, nor the cleaning modes.
I read almost every available review of this oven before purchase. Several complained of the loud fan noise during operation. The fans are louder than with the old Bosch, however these are used to cool the space behind the cabinet as well as the electronics, and do blow internal oven heat and smells. They are not quiet like the old oven, but that cooling will extend the life of the ovens overall, so we are okay with it.
The oven lights do not operate independently, as they did in our old Bosch double oven.
The glide-out rack is wonderful, we wish it came with one for each oven.
The lower oven door is out of plumbing with the top door, and while the doors have adjustments, this cannot be corrected due to the weakly attached lower latch being set 3/16" too low. Similar or worse issues were notec in other reviews.
Also, the pads that the doors close against pop off.
But the side-swing doors are a great feature, and overall the ovens perform very well. So, all tallied up, I am giving 4 stars. I am going to say we'll worth the money, but we only paid half price due to Black Friday event at our local Lowe's (whom we highly recommend).

Love the unit. Bosch is sending a repair person for the upper oven thermostat which does not show the preheated temp as being reached. Easy to get the warranty repair scheduled. The slide out shelf is great; we ordered another one as an aftermarket add on. The side opening doors are amazing.

These ovens work exceptionally well. They are well calibrated and hold temperatures in a tight range. They have every program option you could ever want and the settings are very intuitive. The side swing doors are an especially valuable feature, particularly for us "senior" citizens...no more burning yourself removing hot pots and pans!

The oven has a fan that comes on every time it's running, not the convection fan but a blower fan, it's very loud and annoying as our kitchen is connected to the family room and you have to listen to it while your cooking and watching TV,Also top door is crooked and the adjustment does not straighten it out, I wish we purchased the Monogram instead

The Bosch ovens are gorgeous in our kitchen but we were unable to use the first few weeks due to the unit being delivered with faulty electrical panel. The oven would cycle with over a 100 degree swing when running. 20-30 degrees is normal. We had a repair man out twice before it worked properly.

Used for about 4 years. We have had it for 5 but were away for a year. Occasional use only. Control board has already been replaced once as have temperature control probes. Just made another appointment to have the oven fixed due to temp control probes error code. This is supposed to be a high quality oven. Reliability is an important characteristic of quality. When this works it is a spectacular oven. But it is should not need anywhere need this level of service just to be functional.

We had the ovens installed, cleaned them and then ran the prelim bake cycle. When we used the following day we found the overall oven temp is very inconsistent. We put a highly accurate thermometer from thermo works into both the upper and lower ovens. There is a 100 degree swing happening when using bake function. Unacceptable. We will be opening a service ticket to resolve.
The ovens are pretty but useless if they are running this hot.

I'm a woman of slightly below average height and love to cook. A normal double oven is often difficult because standing to the side with a HOT door underneath and to the side of you is dangerous and nerve wracking. The innovation to have the door open like many other appliances - to the side - is absolutely brilliant. I can now get directly in front of my oven and heave my massive turkey into the oven without fear of burning myself on the lowered door. I couldn't be more grateful or excited about this appliance!

Swinging doors are the best idea ever, Rolling pull out shelves are incredibly useful for turkey and roast basting, thermo probe cooking takes guess work and cooks perfectly. Reduce Temp 5 degrees if letting meat sit.
