I'm a very satisfied customer in several respects. First, the stainless steel doors are easier to clean than other stainless steel appliances I've had in the past. Secondly, the interior design allows for more food storage than I expected. Thirdly, it is attractive and very quiet. Lastly, I try my best to buy American whenever possible. GE is the best option for American made products.

Great refrigerator plenty of room love the adjustable shelves and love the ice maker definitely by far a great appliance I would absolutely recommend to anyone my one and only complaint would be the noise it makes I've been told that it is completely normal and was given the reason why I go back and forth on if it would have effected my decision on purchasing I keep telling myself I'll get used to it and eventually won't even notice it but I'm going on almost 2 months since purchasing it and I have to be honest it still really annoys me at times but I have definitely noticed it is by far a huge difference on how much since purchasing so I go back and forth still but if I were to give my honest answer on right now today if it would have effected my purchase I would say no and I still would have purchased the same refrigerator because other than that I absolutely love it

I finally decided I don't like a bottom freezer so went back to a top freezer style and I love it! I also like ONE door and there's soooo much room inside and on the door. Bottles can stand upright and there's so much storage space on it. Loving it all plus the ice maker works great! No problem when it's where it's supposed to be! Very happy with my choice.

This unit is going to be replaced with a new one from backorder. The freezer compartment arrived as a total train wreck. The ice maker was smacked away from the liner and was dangling by only one mount screw. The ice maker stopped working in just 2 days. The small crisper drawer was broken down in back. This unit shoukld have been scraped at the factory, but now it sits in my kitchen held together with wood glue and duct tape. The compressor runs nonstop. This unit cannot receive a good review. Will see if the replacement does better.

Not often would I feel compelled to write a review about a fridge that came with the apartment im renting, yet here I ham.
Cons: fridge has very weak magnets in the door and doesn't like to stay shut or to shut when it's almost shut.
The fridge's layout is horrible. The only place a gallon of milk will feet - even if you adjust the shelves - is the top shelf, or the door. The warmest parts of the fridge.
There is one temperature control for the fridge and freezer. Set it at the recommended setting and food in the back of your fridge will freeze. Want your food to not freeze? Well then a good chunk of the fridge will be in the danger zone when it comes to temperature.
It's obvious the "budget special" for faux luxurious apartments.
Pros: it looks halfway decent from the outside when it's closed.

I recently replaced my previous GE refrigerator, which I had for 22 years and never had a problem. This new refrigerator's design is not nearly as good, as the top shelf is limited in height by the light fixture and controls running from the back to the front. The shelves in the door are not as wide. The freezer door just started squeaking very loudly every time it is opened. I am very disappointed with this product.

I bought this fridge as a replacement for a Frigidaire stainless steel fridge that was installed 20 years ago. The configuration of the GE is different than the Frigidaire. Its freezer is larger but at the expense of Fridge space. Also, the cold cut/cheese drawer is very shallow and the shelves in the GE are not really adjustable. The GE has much larger door shelves that hold gallon containers. Many have complained about the GE noise level, but that did
not bother me at all. The freezer does not have a light, that is something that should be addressed considering the price point of this fridge.

Spent a premium to finally get a refrigerator that would perform and last. Wrong! Bottom shelf and drawer quickly broke. Now door handle broke off. My old GE refrigerator had adjustable/split shelves which were great for tall items. This one only has fixed shelves. In addition the space on the door only has limited space for tall bottles. This refrigerator has a tiny bit more cubic feet than the old one and it appears to be in the veg. bins. I wish I had my old one back.

The freezer door pops open every time you close the refrigerator door; sometimes the freezer door closes but sometimes stays open.
The refrigerator doesn't have a water filter so the ice tastes terrible.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 37 years old Kenmore and have had it for about 2 months. Overall, it has been a good purchase considering the limited supply due to the pandemic. We are still getting used to the differences in the refrigerators. The ice maker works well but at times does not seem to keep up with our demand and usage. I like the stainless steel appearance(previous one was almond color) and fits in well with my other appliances. The crisper drawers are very deep and hold a lot of food. However, the spacing of the shelves seems somewhat narrow (because of the deep crisper drawers) and does not allow for taller items. The thermostat at the front of the refrigerator blocks usage space on that shelf. I realize I was spoiled having the same refrigerator for many years and we actually put it in the garage since it is still working.

Would be a 5 star rating if the freezer door would not pop open/loosen it's seal when closing the main door. It would be nice if there could be some kind of air relief system to resolve this issue. There needs to be a light in the freezer (LED).

We've had this product for a few months now and are not happy with it. The veggie drawers are nice and big, but when you fill them they're hard to pull out. I'm afraid they're going to break. The self in the freezer falls down when the ice maker tray gets full or when there is weight on the shelf. The pegs going into the side of the freezer are too short to support the shelf. It really doesn't do any good to have a large freezer when you can't put things on the top shelf. We used to have a bottom freezer refrigerator, but it died during COVID and the only one that would fit in our kitchen was this one.

Excellent equipment, for a while we had a smaller refrigerator. me and my wife were going crazy because we had to make more trips for groceries that we wanted plus with all this COVID-19 issue it just wasn't safe. So we decided to go shop in a store nearby, instantly as soon as we looked at this one we knew this was it. Let me tell you, plenty of space in the shelves and drawers, freezer is huge plus we don't have to worry about ice trays because the ice maker works great. stainless steel gives it a great look and overall it's a kitchen upgrade. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward for it lasting a good while.
