It's nice to have a stove that heats evenly. There are two options for the oven: normal baking and convection use. The flat burner is nice for tortillas and such. The oven is quick to preheat too.

Works really well. I think it is crazy that they give you a instruction manual on how to install it. A safety manual. But you have to download and print out the instruction manual. So they tell you how to put it in. But not how to use it. It is a cool stove though. I know a lot of companies do this now. But come on. You buy it and then they give you homework. That is all.

Unfortunately, the first few times we used the oven, it had a chemical smell that was very concerning. We removed all the plastic and cardboard packing material we could see, so not sure what the smell came from. You might want to include a list of / map to all the packing material that needs to be removed, or explain to customers how to deal with this "new oven" smell.

The range is great and fit perfectly. I like not having the back since it looks so much more open in my kitchen and displays my subway tile backsplash. I had to buy a gap filler since the stove can not be pushed all the way flush, GE should consider an optional grill to fill that area. I was a bit disappointed that it did not have a bread proof mode which is the reason for the four stars. Doing research online i was under the impression that the bread proof mode was available in the HQ App but that is only for the Profile or cafe, very disappointing. Hopefully GE can add an upgrade on the app to allow bread proof. The stove is very easy to clean and the drip pan in the oven can go into th dishwasher which is a great timesaver. Overall, this is a great stove for the money you pay.

Needs some tweaks

I had to purchase a gas appliance for my new condo and I have waited a bit to make some comments. What I liked about this model was that it seemed easier to clean than other models. This is fairly true. I have used this range for about 6 weeks and having previously owned an induction range, this takes so much longer to cook and to bake. It does heat up pretty quickly. It did NOT come with a manual. That seems really cheap to me. There are several things that bug me. Why are the large burners in the front and not the back? This makes no sense to me. I have never owned a range set up this way and I wish I had paid more attention to how the burners were set up. Most often I am using smaller pans and they don't work well on the large burners--too much heat comes up around the sides and makes it uncomfortable when you're cooking. When I am cleaning the backsplash, I have to be careful that I don't set myself on fire by accidentally pushing against the knobs, because it set off the ignition. The lower drawer is handy, but it feels flimsy and cheaply made. I do miss my induction range.

The range was obviously cheaply designed. Our primary concern is that the storage drawer is not nearly up to the standard of our previous range. Because it doesn™™t slide on rails, it will not hold anything heavy such as iron skillets and whatnot.

I purchased the compatible over to this in 2019. It was leaking gas so we replaced it with this model. I am stunned how cheaply made the new model is. Less stainless steel, thinner grade burners and oven door and no handle on the cheap flimsy storage drawer on the bottom. I guess I shouldn™™t be surprised. It™™s the way of the world now.

I give 3.5 / 5.0 only because the range came damaged on the outer L side and range was supposed to be replaced within 3 days of receipt (purchased through Costco - claim was made same day) and we never heard from their claims department or received a replacement range again - despite having confirmation and follow ups. If GE has any pull in getting Costco's repair/replacement team to pick up their pace, the assistance would be greatly appreciated. However, the GE range is awesome! Preheat, Airfry, Pizza setting, etc. are great. I would highly recommend this range to anyone thinking about it. And, the griddle on the stove top...that is fantastic for breakfast potatoes and veggies! We bought the coordinated dishwasher and are equally pleased.

Only used oven twice so far! Quiche and pizza turned out great! Enjoyed having pancakes on the griddle! Burners worked great for eggs and quesadillas! It has been years since I have had a gas oven!

This range is of minimum quality and does not heat above 390 degrees which takes over 50 to60 minutes. This range was installed while building my home which we moved into less than 4 months ago. I have attempted to schedule service but have not been able to se a date as of yet. My preference would be to be allowed an upgrade to a profile model PGS930YPFS for a reasonable cost.

Using the oven the first time felt like it was not even on. I was using the air fryer feature and it's great to have it integrated. The stove top is great, it heats up the pans so fast and I feel like aches for real, lol. I haven't tried the griddle yet but it's next. The wifi capability was a pleasant surprise I didn't even know was available.

I™™m not going to beat around the bush here or lie - I literally never cook. I bought the stove because my old one was on its last leg. I purchased this stove because it looks amazing and has great features. I™™ve had it for maybe a month and used it twice. Much to my reluctance because it was clean and I didn™™t want to dirty it up. The burners work perfectly. The largest one boils liquids very quickly. The oven heats up quickly and bakes evenly. So far so good! I love that the app shows you if the stove and oven is on - I can see that coming in handy when I choose to cook again. Definitely recommend the stove to anyone looking.
