I've had it now for about a week and so far no problems. I will have to get use to the control panel for it's different than the last one I had. This microwave is nice but need more time to tell if it's going to do as good or better.So for now I will give it 4 stars.

Beautiful design look. Wattage is good. Disappointed in how cloudy the glass door becomes when you heat anything beyond 3 minutes. Have to leave door open for awhile until It dissipates.

The microwave works great and has good capacity. The controls require more effort to push than they should. The door is very noisy when closing it. It would get a ™€œ5™€ except for these two issues that need improvement in future models. It replaced a 40 year old GE microwave that stopped working.

Brand name quality with Power and the Capacity

We the the capacity that it will hold especially the much larger rotating plate. We upgraded as our other 10 year old microwave started bubbles inside and peeling. So we looked around Walmart, Target Blah,Blah stores and really nothing stood out and OMG the prices. Until we shopped online and found GE was still around no overseas junk. Only drawback is child safety lock is standard which we have no kids as we are older folks. And the power is awesome just hope it's long lasting as our last one .

Great replacement microwave

I bought this to replace an older unit that was with the house when purchased several years ago. Difficult to find one that fit well in the cabinet (didn™€™t have room for a trim piece). This one is a perfect fit all around. It functions well, heats up hotter on lower settings, the buttons are intuitive and it™€™s interior is much larger than my former one. To say I am thrilled is an understatement.

Seems to be well built and looks nice gives me hope it will give good service time will tell. The control panel design is good I do wish it had a backlight for low light use. The chime is good not to loud or soft and pleasant. Seems to produce heating power in line with the specs with what appears to be even heating. I will test the power output with a a bowl of water and temperature measurements a simple physics experiment. One small issue the plastic feet slide on a smooth counter top these should be a rubber material.
