I like how it cleans and I like how it dries. The racks, however, are flimsy compared to other appliances I've had in the past and it's loud.

We purchased this dishwasher through Home Depot after looking at floor models in the store. They didn't have the one we wanted that featured the stainless steel interior, so we ordered it. We enjoy the third rack on top of the upper one that allows for smaller, flatter items. The only disappointment is that the racks do not slide easily. Overall, we are satisfied; at the end of the day, it's a dishwasher.

While the dishwasher is quiet, the cycles are long. Also the racks are hard to pull in and off, often losing the track. Finally, it's hard to fit in bowls.

This dishwasher is a great budget friendly dishwasher with top-tier features. It is very quiet and the extra utensil rack is a huge bonus. Only thing I don™™t love is the rolling of the racks could be improved.

this dish washer is very quiet and does a great job cleaning plates, utensils, pots & pans. The various spray and surge for the water may be the answer for this. However it is hard to get used to the controls. It must have the cycle and other features selected and the door open before starting. It will take some getting used to, but we like it.

at about 6 months old, the dishwasher started making a loud noise and displayed an error code. I called support and a tech came out and ™repaired™ it. Nearly 2 months later, I am waiting on the 4th service call. As a result, will NEVER purchase another Frigidaire or ElectroLux product.

do not buy this product! my unit is faulty altho electrolux has come out to repair. it does NOT dry the dishes. it will crack your tupperware. my unit had pools of water in the tub after 3 months and it took a while for me to get a tech to come look at it. when he did, he summed that the panel control board was faulty and he ordered two new parts. when he installed it, he put settings which he asked me NOT to change, therefore i am not able to have dishes washed WHEN i want them washed. (ie late at night when im asleep). It turns on once i press start and the dishes still are wet when cycle is complete. the tech advised that I NOT use the pods for washing, rather he suggested I use liquid. he further advised I NOT put tupperware in the dishwasher, (which I knew from experience, they become cracked, chipped etc after 2 or 3 cycles) Additionally, it does NOT always start when I press start. it will make a beeping sound continuously which alerts me to keep trying to press start, so that it will. So frustrating!I hope consumers NOT make the mistake I have made. I wish I'd selected a different make. Home Depot has a no return policy which means I am stuck with it and my dissappointment in its lack of total effectiveness. I purchased this dw for $785.00 in September 2022. We have had this dishwasher for 4 months. This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. I does a terrible job washing the dishes. They come out partially clean and slimy where the soap hasn™™t been rinsed properly. It doesn™™t matter if it is fully or partially loaded. We have tried rinse aids to help but with no success. We on regular city water - not overly hard or soft water. The 3rd plastic rack already has pieces of plastic that has broken off - even though it is just my husband, my teenage daughter and I. The dishwasher we replaced did a must better job. I will never buy another Frigidaire product.

Washes fine . Not loud while running . When dishwasher is finished , dishes are very wet . When you pull out and push in the third rack high on top , it is very wobbly side to side and feels like it is going to fall . It only does half of what it is supposed to do , washes but not dries. I was going to give it half of 5 stars but you cannot give it 2 1/2 stars .

Racks feel very thin and cheap. Lower rack gets stuck every time we try to slide it back in. Does not feel like a solid, durable unit but cleans well.

I am still trying to choose the right cycle so my dishes aren't wet when it finishes. I put Jet dry in it but I need to get some more. The bottom rack seems to go off track really easily and the silver wear holder seems flimsy as it will fall forward easily. This is the most expensive dish washer we have had and the first new one in several years. The previous residence we owned had a Bosch and that will spoil you. I am going to continue to try to make the best cycle choices. This is an $850 dishwasher which we purchased on sale. We expected more.

I am amazed at how much I like this dishwasher. Everything comes out looking brand new, and it is blissfully quiet. I chose Frigidaire because my son has had a Frigidaire dishwasher that has lasted forever, and I needed to replace an expensive Kitchen Aid that was very disappointing. I am very happy.

Truly love our new dishwasher...it is VERY quiet just as advertised. The EvenDry capability is not as advertised, unfortunately. Even with a drying agent and heated drying the dishes do not get dry.

So we bought this about a year ago and while it does clean the dishes well it is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned as far as the styling. do not buy it!You will be so aggravated with it. You pull out of the bottom rack and if you don™™t load it is perfectly right it just falls over .the silverware dispenser where you put the silverware it has holes in the side so every time you put a fork or knife and it falls out and you have to find it .do not buy it

I've only had the dishwasher a few weeks, which is not enough time to see if it's durable. On the plus side, it's quiet; on the negative side, the third (top) row does not get things particularly clean, and the tines on the bottom row are short, making dishes a bit more challenging to load than my previous dishwasher.

The new Frigidaire dishwasher is the best dishwasher we™™ve ever had. Our previous one was a Bosch. The new one holds so much more and is even more quiet. We use the energy saver setting and it only takes 85 minutes to finish. We love the way it looks, too.

The racks seem a little flimsy. The top rack for silverware is a nice addition because it lays the silverware flat. Sometimes the cycle doesn't complete and has to be re-run. This never happened with my old Maytag.

This dishwasher is a little more complicated to use with many more selections than I am used to. However, I quickly picked up on using those settings. It's a little noisier than prefer, otherwise, it seems to clean the dishes well.

Not super satisfied with the DW. Not so good: Seems that the third rack does not dry even with heated dry on and drips on the dishes below. Bottom rack takes care to push in - have to lift it a bit. Digital buttons tricky to activate. Good: Space arrangement is good for my needs. Like the short wash feature. Looks nice in the kitchen!
