Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Works well, I like the push button to open the door and looks sleek with no handle. Was under $200 with Menard's 11% rebate. Seems to stay clean too. I don't use the add 30 seconds feature.

I have been using the unit for about a month and am overall happy with the purchase for the money spent. The unit runs quieter than my old one. However, I would suggest a couple of improvements which would even make it better. 1) convert lights to a bride white LED, 2) backlight the buttons you push as they are hard to see in a dim room. Overall a plus appliance.

Was easy to install, works fine, doesn't have all the bells and whistles, our last on had and we never used. Which made for a reasonable cost and a microwave we are very happy with

New microwave failed

TomS 8/23/2025

Bought this built in microwave at a big box store along with other Amana kitchen appliances to complete a basement kitchen project. First time I tried to use after plugging it in, it did not work. Because it was past the 7 Day Replacement policy of the store, we had to have a contracted repairman come to our house to diagnose (defective circuit board), order part and come back a second time to install circuit board. Was disappointed in this well known , Midwest, big box store, and the product. The only good thing was the help desk, repair company and their repair.

I might have a defaulted microwave

Dj jones 12/24/2024

I bought this item about a month ago in November of 2024. It works fine until the fan comes on for no apparent reason. The only way to stop it is to unplug it and plug it back up. With this being a new microwave I couldn't imagine this happening. So we just unplug the microwave until it's time for use. We bought this microwave so that my newborn grandbaby bottles could get warmed without any problems, but now we have a bottle warmer so that my daughter doesn't have to worry about plugging up a microwave all day and night.

So far (one month), so good. Microwave works great. Only complaint is that the beeping sound for the buttons is VERY loud, although it can be disabled except for the end-time beep. A volume control would be much appreciated. (I also prefer a handle, but the press-in door open bar is ok.)

Great price, easy to install and works fantastic! Lots and lots of room for cooking. Went in very easy with the instructions. There are some nice features like the fan with the filter and the light that are easy to locate and operate. It was the best price for the size. The last one we had lasted many years with no problems. Hope this will be as reliable.

Heating

Schrotx 5/4/2023

The price was good, the push button to open was my request which sold me, however, I do not like the safety feature that the heat source turns off periodically. Half of the turn is heartless. Also, to get something reheated, I have to use full power instead of 80% like my last 3 microwaves. I thought the one week old product was defective since the heating instructions on the front inside did not heat my food. Serviceman™€™s response was ™€œget used to it. I just heated a TV dinner which I was leary about but was pleased with the end result.
