  • Covers service and repairs for primary function issues at no cost during the first year.
  • Warranty coverage and length are determined by the manufacturer.
  • Refer to the owner’s manual for full details.

✅ Appliance Cosmetic Warranty

  • Cosmetic issues must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the appliance.
  • Inspect the appliance upon arrival, even if installation is delayed.

✅ New Leaf Service Contracts

  • Customers must contact New Leaf before scheduling service with us.
  • Contact New Leaf: (877) 634-0964 or www.newleafsc.net/portal.
  • Our repair department cannot schedule services until New Leaf is contacted.
