Marcella’s customers with a New Leaf Service Contract must contact New Leaf directly at 877-634-0964 or www.newleafsc.net/portal to arrange for service. The repair department is unable to schedule without a dispatch from New Leaf.
Manufacturer's Warranty Information: Your new appliance generally comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. This means the manufacturer will provide service, free of charge, during the first year of ownership for issues directly related to the primary function of the appliance. All warranty repair coverage is determined by the manufacturer. Please refer to your owner’s manual for a full description of what is covered by your specific product warranty.
Appliances Cosmetic Warranty: All cosmetic issues are time sensitive with the manufacturer. Please be sure to fully inspect your item within 72 hours of possession. Even if not being installed for months. This will ensure coverage for any imperfections. Refer to your owner's manual for the exact cosmetic policy of your item.
NOTE: ALL DEFECTS OR DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO MARCELLA’S WITHIN 72 HOURS OF POSSESSION.
