Appliance Repair Technician

Marcella's Appliance Center in Schenectady, NY is seeking full-time Appliance Repair Technician's to join our appliance service and repair team. You will maintain and repair major home appliances including Refrigerators, Gas & Electric Stoves, Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Freezers (sealed and non-sealed systems), Washers & Dryers, etc. Experience in appliance repair is preferred, however will consider training if you have proven mechanical experience in a prior job. Must possess valid drivers license and clean driving record, as well as good customer service skills. Must present a clean, neat appearance.

Appliance Installer

Responsibilities include the installation of dishwashers and microwave ovens, as well as replacing various parts of appliances as needed. We are looking for applicants who are motivated, professional and team oriented, and possess good customer service skills. Experience installing appliances is preferred. Ability to lift/move heavy objects is required. Must present a clean, neat appearance.

Truck Driver - Appliance Delivery

Marcella's Appliance Center is seeking a Truck Driver to join our growing appliance delivery team. Responsibilities include delivery of appliances to customer locations (home or place of business) in a timely manner, loading and unloading your freight for the day. Experience preferred. Ability to handle physical workload and heavy lifting. Present a clean, neat appearance and excellent customer service skills. Must possess valid NYS driver's license and clean driving record.

Delivery Helper

Assist Delivery Driver on routes, setting up of appliances in customers' home or place of business and provide excellent customer service. Potential to become a driver. Experience preferred. Ability to handle physical workload and heavy lifting. Present a clean, neat appearance and excellent customer service skills. Must possess a valid NYS driver's license and acceptable DMV record.

Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities include to load and unload trucks, operate fork lift/clamp truck, assisting delivery crew with delivery of appliances, receive transfers and deliveries, assist customers with merchandise pick-up, assembly of merchandise, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Heavy lifting required, must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must present a clean, neat appearance.

We are seeking an individual to answer and direct phone calls, and greet customers and visitors.
